have been discussing whether or not
television should have advertisement on its programme. Many people argued that TV shouldn’t have advertisement because it gives some disadvantages and waste their time and
money, not only for the viewers but also the producer. Ussually the viewers doesn’t watch and
listen it, they turn down the TV sound when TV programme in a rest time as it is stated by Julia Forneris in her
article on Demand Media. Also, for the producer, it gives more
attention in the financial sector because it needs much money to pay the models
and the host of technicians according
to Abhijit Naik in his article. Eventhough, in another views, television
advertisement also has some advantages for the producer because it gives many
profit for them, and also for the viewers. Television advertisement as an audio-visual advertisement has a lot of viewers
than another advertisement either in audio or print media as it is stated by Heather Topham Wood in
his article on Demand Media. Also,
it has captive viewers so it makes they are forced to watch and listen
everything which is shown in that time
according to Julia Forneris in her article on Demand Media. Moreover, television advertisement has
attractive performance so it pulls out of viewers attention which makes the
viewers will give more attention to watch and listen it as it is stated by Abhijit Naik in his
article. If there are some people who interest and enjoy watch and listen
television advertisement, how could another people ban it? People must think
that television advertisement shouldn’t be banned from television programe .
We believe that television advertisement also gives advantages for the viewers.
